in #ulog6 years ago (edited)

A happy Saturday to all #Steemian Community. Today I wanna share the things I had done yesterday. It's Friday and it is may rest day from my work. I got a chance to make delicious yummy pancit bihon recipe. A very simple and easy recipe aside that it very affordable.

This is a famous Filipino cuisine and it was first introduced in the Philippines by a Chinese and this recipe was originated from China. It is made up of noodles or known as rice sticks. Pancit derived from the words "Hokkien" pian i sit" from Chinese words which mean "convenient food". Now many countries adopted this especial dish including the Philippines. It is usually served during special occasions such as birthday, wedding and etc. It is also used as a replacement for rice and the best snacks foods. We can find this dish at a restaurant, school canteen, and all snacks house and fast foods. Actually, this serves as my dinner last night with carrots and orange juice. In the morning I take also this pancit bihon as my breakfast and this time with hot coffee. I considered I done it successfully because it has a great taste and so yummy.
