Hey @meno! I guess what the story with the teller also implies is that the way through the Matrix is to find its hidden, non-official and human side. When defensive and unsure, people revert to type (ie system-supported/created polite, robotic type) through uncertainty/fear or retaliation (boredom or 'buy in' too I guess :). If the front-enders are relaxed, doors may open to help you along. Ok, this is a bullshit door, but it saves the hassle of being stuck for want of a CC in a place you've visited many times just coz the rules of entry allow this to be insisted upon! Ranting and raving is primarily an act of frustration with the system, yet targeted on the front-enders (cannon-fodder that they are :). This is likely to put them on the defensive, especially when they are duty-bound to keep that polite smile going.

I worked in phone-based tech support for a few years, some years ago.I am kinda projecting some of this experience onto the tellers, I think it works. Looks like it did for you 🔆
