Howdy my fellow Steemians!
This is my 1st #Ulog and I want to share with you how my typical workday looks like.
By the way, I want to say that @lyndsaybowes inspired me to start doing ulogs a few days ago after having had a short communication via comments under one of her ulogs.
Also, keep in mind that I am not a native english speakers, so sometimes my English could sound strange to you and sometimes I make mistakes. I am from Bulgaria. It is a small country in Southern Europe. But, at the moment I live in Moscow, Russia.
So let me start...
Today as usual I woke up at 7:30 a.m. (GMT+3). At 8:30 a.m. I went out to work. In the pic below you can see the area I live in:
Usually, I travel to work by public transport for 10-15 minutes. So, I got on the bus:
... and I usually travel by bus to a park that is located 700 meters away from the office building I work at.
There is a very beautiful church in the park:
I work in the office building at the end of the street:
...but I prefer to go to the office building walking through the park and enjoy the last days of the Fall:
I like the birch trees in the park:
...approaching the office building I work at. I start working at 9:30 a.m. (GMT+3):
After 1:00 p.m. (GMT+3) almost everyday I go to have a lunch with my colleagues to a cafeteria/buffet that is located in the dark brown building:
Today I ordered the following: half a bowl of soup «Solyanka»; «Olivier salad»; «аn escalope» with french fries and boiled cauliflower, and compote of black currant:
I had to pay for my lunch approximately 5 SBD (6,25 STEEM).
Later, we went to the park to have a short walk:
One more pic of the park:
This is me in the office next to my desk. Every hour me and my colleagues make some short breaks (5-6 minutes) to do gymnastics, because we spend 8 hours a day just sitting in front of our computers:
By the way, you can see that on the back of my monitor is attached the logo of John McAfee coin. xo-xo-xo!
You can watch a DTube video that I recorded yesterday at work.
I work everyday until 6:30 p.m. (GMT+3) and then I go back home.
I prefer to go home on foot if the weather is good. I took this picture while I was walking near the main entrance to VDNKh park:
On my way home I went to the shopping center:
... and, of course, I went to KFC, because I was very HUNGRY:
Later I wondered If I should take/rent one of the city bikes in order to get home faster:
..but it started raining. So, I went to the tram station:
...and get onto the tram:
I travelled by tram to the Ostankino station. Look, how beautifully the Ostankino Tower is illuminated:
...and the colours are constantly changing:
While walking in the street on my way home I decided to take a picture of this church:
Omg! These vending machines with japanese stuff are everywhere! Тhey grow like mushrooms after the rain:
Last picture! I took this picture in the area I live in:
Actually, this is how I usually spend my time during a workday in the Fall. I hope you enjoyed my 1st #Ulog.
What a FULL EFFORT of a #Ulog! Wow @cryptospa, you really gave this your all, I'm impressed. Your work day looks pretty damn cool to me, you made it fun. This part I especially liked reading about/seeing:
I have to do this during the day as well because of the computer (I work at home). I don't think a lot of people do this at their jobs here though in Canada. They should! Instead of "gymnastics" we would say "stretching".
Yeah, this part of my work day (the stretching) is really cool. I like it, because in this way I can recharge my batteries. :)
Thank you for helping me improve my English language skills. Now, I will start using "stretching" instead of "gymnastics".@lyndsaybowes, thank you for the nice words and your support!
My pleasure. Happy to help.
Hey @cryptospa! I read your Ulog from start to finish.
Fall is a beautiful time of year where I live in the United States. I enjoyed viewing the scenery and architecture on your side of the planet.
I was also impressed with your English. 👌🏽
