good afternoon all my ulogger friends where my ulogs activity today is to make a stick cake cheese.
Stick cheese is a very popular snack and become one of the favorite snacks that are easy to make. The materials are simple and easy to obtain.
Cheese sticks are made from basic ingredients such as wheat flour and cheese. To make this stick more crisp, we can add tapioca flour as an additional dough ingredient. Alternatively, we can use rice flour but the texture becomes a bit brittle.
So, when making the dough, it should not be dull. If the dough is too dull, then the stick will be hard / brittle so it is less crunchy. Cape ngunyahnya, hehe. In addition, the process also becomes longer because the dough becomes tough.
here's a list of ingredients we need to prepare for cheesy and savory cheesecake recipes. To further simplify, please see how to make crispy cheese sticks through step by step that will be included below.
Material :
Tapioca Flour 500 gr
Grated 175 grams of cheese
5 eggs eggs
Salt 1/2 tsp
How to make :
Combine flour, cheese, egg and salt, stir well until smooth or can be formed. Take a little dough, because when fried dough will expand, linting dough by using the palm of the hand and then insert into the pan containing cold oil or room temperature. If lintingannya already many , turn on the stove, after the hot oil and the new floating dough is stirred (to mature evenly until inside) until cook, lift, drain, refill the oil until room temperature, repeat the process until the dough runs out, serve.
Tips: must be patient, because it makes for long, if you want to quickly can use some wok at once.
