Walking in the autumn park

I have to say that I understand her poem well. When I read her love poems, I have an impulse to translate into my mother language--Chinese, especially I run across one of her new poems again. It seems that she is in the same Facebook group of promoting Steemit blogs.

However, I have learned that I can't do so anymore without asking for the permission in advance. The original author must be the professional writer, cherishing her own poems very much, in her mind, every piece of them is like her beloved kid...

I don't know why I am interested in her love poems. Or they just remind me of how I love my late American husband, oh, no, how I worship him! When reading her new love poem based on the inspiration from Gibran, my frozen heart melts again.

Gibran happens to be one of my favorite poets, too. One of his famous quotes on which I agree completely is "Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself". I had known of the name of Gibran when I was a student in high school. At that time, I loved to read the novels of Chinese Love Godmother--Qiong Yao. From her novels, I read Gibran's poem at the first time. I also learned a lot of ancient Chinese poems from her love novels, and there is a great French poem from Paul-Marie Verlaine I always remember in her novel, too.

Now my American husband has gone like a dream forever, I just strolled in this autumn park lonely with a kind of melancholy. While walking aimlessly, I was unexpectedly kept on being inspired and joyed by its pictureque views, so I took different photos from different sceneries. Oh, such a beautiful park full of yellow chrysanthemums, red cockscombs and cannas. I feel regretted that why we didn't take any photos in the parks when we travelled in Beijing. Maybe I thought we could have a lot of time later at that time... Who knows God only allows us to have very short time together this life?

This park in the city where my sister works should belong to the typical style of gardening of North China. The same plants, same buildings, same climate, same rugged terrain with long bridges...

The autumn park in North China is really too amazing: so cool, so solemn, so spacious but precipitous...

My dear international friends, just enjoy the autumn park of North China through my photos! They speak themselves so well.

I doubt if there are fairies living under the bridge!

(All the photos in this blog are taken by myself. Anyone can use them freely.)

Thank you for sharing your wonderful photographs of the Autumn park in China. Love that hanging bridge. We never know there are fairies walking by it or flying around it at night.

Glad to know you love that hanging bridge. In this park, there's a trench/valley, and there are 2 bridges above it. One is this hanging bridge in the air, the other is a cement bridge with white stone railings like the last photo. In autumn, the persimmon trees are full of red persimmons, I forget to take photo of the persimmon trees. (Persimmon is very common in North China.)Anyone can pick persimmons in this park freely, pitifully they are too high in the trees, it is impossible to pick them without tool.
Yeah, this trench/valley reminds me of the wonderland in Taoism. In Chinese Taoism, the fairies/immortals like to drink and play chesses in a secluded place with plants and flowers.
