Good morning guys! So this early in the morning I did my morning routine which is exercise. Because I believe in the saying of "health is wealth".
Since our school year is so near, I prepare my body for the stressful year.I am going to be a fourth year student of the prestigious University in Cebu. So as expected this school year is going to be a stressful because I'll be a student teacher. Paper works, visual aids, lesson plans, and many more are what things I'll going to be done soon. Fighting!
I realized that push up is not for me. Hahhahaha! My body my soul is not cooperating while I'm doing the push up.
Morning exercises are the best! That being said haven't done any in a while, probably should get back to them lol. As for push-ups just keep at it and it soon it'll work out. Have a blessed week:)
