Puso is a rice that is wrapped using the coconut leaves.Some people call it as the "Hanging Rice" but most of the people in the Philippines it is really known as puso. It becomes an icon of cebuano street food for it is practical and the best thing about puso is that if you eat you won't need to use spoon and fork for it, you will just have to cut one side and open it right away.
The wrapped of the rice is handmade and it's a little bit hard to make those wrap cause you'll need to use all of your fingers.There are so many Cebuanos make this as there business.Puso is the perfect kind of rice to bring on a roadtrip, trip, or travelling and you can buy it for affordable price about Php 3-Php 5.Even me myself i'll prefer puso than a regular rice because it's so good and it is better than a regular rice.Puso have been a tradition that everytime we travel we will always bring puso than a regular rice.
