Made this earlier. Spicy chicken grill for lunch! Since I don't have school this day and I am craving, I will share to you on how to spice up your chicken in grill.

For marinating the chicken, you need these;

  • 2 spoons of soy sauce
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 spoon of brown sugar
  • black pepper
  • powdered and chopped chili
  • thyme
  • rosemary

mix it all then leave it for one hour.

After 1 hour, heat the grilling pan in medium low heat. When heat, spread butter (2 spoons of oil will do) then place the marinated chicken in pan.

15 minutes before to flip and another 15 minutes for the other side. In all, 30 minutes to wait for it to be cooked.

If you are lazy in time checking, just wait then until it turned to golden brown. It is the time for you to flip to cook the other side of the chicken.

When flipped, put some sliced cheese (better when grated and best when using mozarella) on top to give a beautiful blend in your mouth with cheesy and spicy feeling.

Afterwards, wait until the cheese melts and cooked.

That's it! Just so quick and easy recipe. It is also best when cooking with your love ones even with your kids.
