Ulog for 5/21/2018 : Cooking Sweetened Jackfruit with Banana and Sago

Today is a restday for me in the store. After checking my ingredients for my everyday cooking especially the jackfruit and bananas, I noticed that they are overriped. So I decided to cook it immediately.
I think of a recipe where I can put these both into a one dish. And then, I decided to make a sweetened jackfruit with banana and I added sago.
Cooking this is very simple. You just simple boil water with jackfruit in it. Wait until the fruit became more of a soft one. Then add sago and the brown sugar. Lastly add the banana and wait until 10-15 minutes.
Best serve this with crushed ice like banana con yelo. An appetizer in an instant.
