Thanks God it's Sunday and it's my jogging day. After going to church, me and my nephew planned to do some exercise.
We decided to go to the nearest mountain in our place. We jogged to the mountain of Banawa to experience uphill and it is worthy to jog there because of the refreshing air and very nice mountain views even its difficult run uphill.
Hill sprints are the best exercise!
Lots of power building & low impact, I should do some today!
It's too difficult for me as a beginner :)
