ULOG #7: I Wrote My Worst Exam Ever

in #ulog6 years ago (edited)

I never know what it really means to write a tough examination until yesterday when I got a big hit of a blow on my brilliance. I've always thought that I am very smart and can get my way around any exam even without much preparation but I was shocked yesterday. I sat for this exam which happens to be the worst I ever experienced. Right since I've known myself to write exams, I have never experienced a knockdown or heavy blow like this. Although this course has potent characteristics of being tough, but I see myself brilliant enough to handle a case like this not knowing its the first of its kind.

The course was Neuroanatomy- the study of the structure of the nervous system. The exam started a few minutes past nine (a.m.) and immediately we were the answer booklet and a slip of question paper which is not more than 1/5 of an A4 paper. as soon as I receive the paper, I went dumb just like the majority of students in the examination hall. The paper contains two heavyweight questions with a time limit of two hours. It was not funny. The first section was followed by a crazy section; an MCQ of 100 questions each carrying five subordinate in which we are to answer True/False (500 questions in total). Things now become so serious when it was followed by a third section; a practical steeplechase test of 10 seconds at each point to answer the question based on the tagged structure. Then the end at last after facing a serious battle with strange questions.
I would have like to post the picture of the questions but they were submitted with the answer booklets.
well it was a very tough experience and I just hope for the best
