@Phillip20 underwent toe surgery yesterday. His bunion had been bothering him for the past years. It hurts so much when he is on his toes most of the times. The doctor recommended surgery few years ago but we never had it done because it was very expensive. It is almost five thousand dollars per toe. Since he was sick the whole month of April, deductible had been met and we are currently paying for it. We have to pay a certain percentage of this surgery too. Any help even by means of upvoting would be greatly appreciated.
Day two after surgery and pain is controlled every four hours. Bunionectomy , a surgery where in a bunion is removed. It is genetic according to the doctor. It corrects the deformed area of the foot near the big toe. Depending upon the severity of the bunion, some surgeon may cut the bone and shift it to its proper position by screws, wires or plates. Sounded like a very painful procedure but he was put to sleep. He was given medication through his vein to put him to sleep. And he woke up like a drunk person. Surgery lasted for one and half hours. I am so proud of how he did after the procedure.
Just a huge challenge at home with moving around with young children. And he cannot work for a months and months. He cannot put any pressure on his feet at all. And it has to be elevated all the time. Hopefully he will feel better soon. Doctor's appointment is coming up.
Steem on no matter how low crypto currency is momentarily.
OMG now how are you
He's doing fine, its on and off painful.
