Hello steemian friends! How are you? I just wanna share my viand today which is very essential to my taste especially im still not feeling well. I really need to find my appetite. So I decided to cook this seaweed salad or Lato.
This seaweed salad known as lato is a another Filipino delicacy. Being a good source of Magnesium, this seaweed helps reduce high blood pressure and prevents heart attack. So It's good to your health. And also I make Cucumber Salad.
