Hi #uloggers!
This is my 14th day of #ulogs.
Thank you dear sister @shikika for encouraging me to #ulog.
My snacks for today is banana chips. I bought it in the nearby supermarket. I am craving for banana chips. So, I have it now.
During my younger age, we cooked our very own banana chips. If we have unripe banana at home, we have to chopped it and keep it dry under the sun. When dried, we cooked our very own version of banana chips. We have our banana chips snacks in the afternoon together with my siblings. We enjoyed eating banana chips with family and playmates.
That's what I remembered during my younger years with the banana chips.
That's all for now for my #ulogs of the day. Thank you.
Thank you so much sir @surpassinggoogle for another awesome initiative! I salute you sir!
@ulogs I am not a writer or a blogger but I think with your help I can be one. Thank you for motivating me.
Best regards,
Can we do this to ripe bananas but are hard ones? I tried boiling them but it does not work. Cooking them as banana cue is okay. What we do is blend them and make them into pancakes.
As far as I know unripe banana is the one use to make banana chips. Haven't tried ripe banana.
Banana is delicious..I love it, too. While pancakes haven't tried. It's good you make pancakes.
Maybe next time we will do it but I am hoping the next fruits will be good and not hard. You should try pancake. It is actually good.
