Day 5 : #ulogs of the day Dried Fish Making (Barol/Daing)

Greetings for all #uloggers!

Thank you so much sir @surpassinggoogle for another awesome initiative! I salute you sir!

This is my 5th day of #ulog. I bought 1/2 kilo of fish tamban. We call this fish a Tambam. I do not know tha name of this fish in other place. I cleaned the fish. Split open and gutted. (Ang hirap english. Hahaha) Just take a look at the pictures. Lols

After cleaning the fish, soak it in the mixture of vinegar, salt, onion, garlic and pepper.

After 10-20 minutes arrange the fish in whatever available to use to dry the fish under the sun.

I forget to take picture while the fish is under the sun. Here's the finish product - dried fish. We call it barol in Barugo.

That is now ready to fry. 😀 I will fry dried fish in some other days as my viand.
