I didn’t think it would happen but I already broke my streak!
Last night I was about to do one before bed but my toddler woke up and caused us lack of sleep for the next hour or so before he came into our bed to sleep with us. So didn’t get to do it.
But I’m gonna make up for it this morning 😊
Yesterday was a pretty long day!
And this was something I was foreboding!
The night before I received a strange call from Switzerland which is sort of near where my brother is.
Although lucky I did not pick up because it wasn’t him that called me, it was probably a scam because last night a similar number called me at that exact time.
Anyhow spent some time chatting with my brother and my mum. His friend that he met for one day generously helped pay for his new phone so we were figuring out how to send his friend money and also get compensated for the trouble he had.
But in my world the day started well for the toddler, I didn’t let him use the iPad yesterday and he fared better for it.
I read him books and helped him learn some flash cards, he played some piano and rode his bike on the balcony a bit.
My mum arrived later and helped out cook lunch while I did some admin and online groceries. I also went to buy some nice camelbak branded (albeit expensive) water bottles as I heard about their lifetime warranty from friends last week. Hope they are good, cos we’ve had bad experiences with water bottles and my toddler recently broke his nice thermos.
Then later when the boy woke up from his nap, grandma took him to the park and that’s where I got some inspiration and time to make my giveaway video! If you haven’t checked it out go here.
Started off with realising my brother’s (@wayso) supposedly waterproof phone had drowned and lost all his contacts/data/photos and he is currently traveling overseas! To top it off he also could not access his bank account/card because there was a nationwide issue. So he spent 6 hours at a phone shop trying to get it fixed and then trying to buy a new phone.

That was pretty much my day.
I spent the night doing all my editing work while the toddler fell asleep near his bedroom door again(we’re sleep training him) but that meant we didn’t have to be hands on to help him sleep and could do all our chores and work in peace.
I sure had a few more thoughts but can’t remember now.

Is your bunny fixed Vincy I can't recall if you told me before. Your Rabbit looks exactly like mine but mine is gray! It sounds like you had a nice time with your family. I am glad you got some rest @vincy!
ps the rug in your house (the one your son fell asleep on) is literally the identical rug that is in my house.. right down to the pattern and colour! Wow! Small world Vincy!! haha

Awww thankyou! ❤️ when kids and animals are together they make the best photos hehe! He’s not fixed, which probably explains his bad toilet training behaviours
