I paint with the watercolor "Nevskaya Palitra": indigo, scarlet, green. I use the Finecolour markers. I paint on plain paper, 100% cellulose. I'm using a filter in Photoshop to add a rain effect.
The main idea of my illustration is a lost cat in the rain in the park, who found someone's umbrella and decided to wait out the bad weather under him. Whose umbrella? Nobody knows, but apparently female))) Because the umbrella is red. And whose cat? Most likely he does not yet have his own house.
I start with a pencil sketch. I make a picture with the liner and I remove the pencil with an eraser. When the picture is ready - I turn to the watercolor and dial the main tone. When the sheet of paper has dried, I add markers: I make a brighter umbrella and shadows under the cat and umbrella. This is how my picture looks before processing in Photoshop.
