It may seem weird but my blog was doing better as a result of giving away the lions share of my own steem. We really do receive when we give and it was amazing to be a witness to that effect.
This is great. Giving in the form of contests, gifts, generous upvotes, good content, good comments will all go far in building good "esteem" among other users. The biggest expense of Steemit is TIME. So giving your time is the most generous gift you can give. Use that time wisely. @ironshield
