Unhealthy tips to lose weight fast
Tip 1: Do not eat breakfast (this will hurt you a little and makes you hungry) Eat brunch around 3–4 P.M and Eat dinner at around 9–10 P.M. Once you get used to it you will feel a lot of changes in your weight.
Tip 2: Stop Eating junk food and do water diet, when you wake up in the morning drink water, when you get hungry drink water please follow tip 1 for this.
Tip 3: Vomit the food you ate ( Yeah this sounds gross but its effective) whenever I really get hungry I eat lots of food and when I do that I vomit them in an hour or two.
Tip 4: Have lots of sex ( study shows having sex can burn fats, since your sweating too much and doing exercise in unnatural way.
