I never thought that packing up my stuff for university would be as stressful as this. I have a mother that lies about stuff causing me to become even more stressed as I don't have a duvet, pillow, plates or bowls. Now seeing as my grandparent was buying me all my crockery you would have thought that my mum would have put her differences aside and organised either going to collect or my nan coming up here to stay a day or two to drop off them. But no, my mum only seems to think about herself and what she feels comfortable doing.
My equipment list for my uni course requires me to have a camera of £550+, once I have paid my nan back the £1776.26 for my rent(which is beyond belief, I'm a student for goodness sake!) and bought my camera, which is £700 I will have around £15 a week to live on. Now I know all about budgeting and everything as it was one of my A Levels but this is going to be a struggle seeing as I have to pay for my phone bill as well as everything else.
On top of that I also have to buy a duvet, pillow and crockery otherwise I have nothing. This will probably leave me with absolutely no money at all to live on and yet my parents are still expecting me to help them out around the house with bills.
Yes I do have a job but a job that relies on the weather, so if the weather isn't great, I don't go in. I have a couple of job interviews lined up for when at university but so far I have nothing. I went to a job interview on Monday last week and still haven't heard back. I have emailed them to see what is going on and when I will hear back but they have also ignored that. In all honesty it is their loss as I would have been a great addition to their company but they clearly aren't capable of simple manners.
