RE: Labor Day 2017: Remember Workers' Rights, Support Labor Unions

in #unions7 years ago

Just a note: I make it a habit of reviewing my posts hours after they've been published. Primarily, to enjoy my own work, but also to correct any mistakes in spelling, punctuation, grammar, style, or accuracy.

Today, I noticed that I had used "workers" at least twice in the above post, first with no punctuation and then with the punctuation in the wrong place. When I have questions about this sort of thing, I Google it. This time I found a useful article: The Workers Comp Apostrophe. After reading that article, I decided to go with the conventional punctuation in both instances—workers'.

That being said, if any of my fellow Steemians ever find mistakes or questionable usage in my work, I don't mind if you bring it to my attention—politely of course.
