An amazing art that takes strength, stamina, and a lot of practice. Didn't know that this kind of performance existed until today when I was hanging out in Flamingo Park Miami, FL.
The 3 Amaizing, Talented, Strong Woman we're practicing this art with no fear of onlookers and by the stare-downs which including me who asked for permission to watch them 1st (Didn't want to be that creepy old guy watching from across the park). They let me and I am glad that they were nice to let me. I am honored and even turned on, and I can't tell you how awesome to see what I saw this day. I'm always learning about new artforms and so this close up was cool. The whole experience was not only just new or beautiful, but was hair raising and hot!

After asking what the art was and getting permission to sit down I began to catch on to the basis of what the Art style is. So basically ... you String 2 Silk Long Ropes and can be tied to rafters or a sturdy tree branche; they begin flat but get wound up into a rope for the purpose of holding your body weight by using both hands and feet to lift you up and down the rope.
The talent of the art does not lay within the trick performed but by the physical and mental strength needed to hold you on the silk for a very long time, to be able to have the stamina to be graceful , and have the courage to know you have the control to not let yourself hit the ground when you basically free fall by guiding the ropes with various parts of the body such as the legs and thighs, kind of flipping as they fall, coming to a complete stop moments before hitting the ground bellow them.
Between the beauty and years of experience and hours spent practicing, you can't ask for better eye candy and mental appreciation for their skill.
