Absolutely agree with your comments on food. I no longer eat processed foods, cook a lot of vegetables, eat fried food and big chunks of bread slathered with butter. The result? Dropped 3 dress sizes in 9 months on 3 meals a day. How? No processed foods, reduced sugar and loads of wonderful vegetables with just a little meat more as a flavouring. Eat healthy stay healthy. X
