Your title amused me somewhat from recent experiences. As I think you know my daughter tried out high school this year and school literally made her sick. Initially it was bog standard sickness (when winter hit in term 3 she caught everything that came through the school), and after that it was the kind of "sick" you feel when you have a deep anxiety about something or the kind that you manufacture when you are absoutely desperate to not do something. I eventually pulled her out amidst frantic protests of how much she loved school and didn't want to quit (she couldn't really argue with the fact that she wasn't going and that she always without fail made the most miraculous recovery when it came time to go to gymnastics) and she hasn't been sick or "sick" since.
Thanks for sharing your unsnarked perspective. So do I get you right, you pulled her out against her will for becoming healthy again? Reminds me on Gordon Neufeld's "Hold On to Your Kids: Why Parents Need to Matter More Than Peers" again.

Didn't even think about health benefits to be honest, I don't think she was actually sick, perhaps anxiety or something was making her feel like she was sick, I don't know, she kept refusing to talk about things and insisting everything was fine. All I know is she magically stopped being sick when I pulled her out.
Yea, that's when things are like they are even without seeing them clearly. Same with !COFFEEA and !BEER. I'm pretty new to this. Yet with BEER I see 0.1 BEER accumulating every time I receive one, while COFFEEA just looks like a comment to me. Well, need to mention the upvote. That's probably it. Anyhow, when you stack up 10 BEER and stake 6 of those, you can give away 0.1 BEER a day to others.
And maybe some day 0.1 BEER is worth like a Coffee in the pub at the corner. We'll work on that. (And school put anything to it that it's coming.)
