My Student's Serenade: Everyday is a Heart's Day

February 15 is a Valentine's! I feel so loved by these young kids I call my own, my students. <3

Yesterday, the 14th was declared as no class here in Lapu-Lapu City because of Typhoon Basyang. And so, these kiddos made today a very special day for me. Thank you so much <3 <3 <3 I feel like I'm the happiest girl in the world!

They have their handwritten cards, flowers, chocolates, snacks for me. I feel so loved and humbled. We hugged and laughed. I made them read their cards for me hehe which they hesitated because they said they felt very shy. But because they do love their Teacher Rose, they lovingly read their letters with purest emotions. We had many groupfies together. I will always remember those smiles and laughter.

Plus, I get to listen to three talented students of my Grade 8 Apricot Cookery class. They serenaded me with my favorite song Dying Inside. I can't really put into words how happy I am. I am feeling very special. Thanks to you my dear. Always be good and kind students, sons and daughters to your parents at home, and us as your second parents here in school. Always make learning fun. Live your dreams. Always do.

How sweet it is to be loved by you. <3

XoXo,
Teacher Rose
