My 2018: A Tour around my town: LOS BAÑOS LAGUNA must be experienced, not googled.

Why do people go for vacation?To many, I'ts for that chance to escape in this past pace world, we need that escape from time to time.

As I was saying, we need occasional escape in our lives. Escape from work problems, family problems and even love problems. It is "LOS BAÑOS LAGUNA" that can make you truly forget. It's the raw charm and the genuine smiles of the people that can make you forget all your worries.

The fantastic view where the land, air and water meet brings you the experience of pure joy.

Los Baños Laguna takes you back to the time when life was pure, quite and sincere. As it brings solitude, the places teaches you to be just like what it is "SIMPLE" and more importantly "HONEST".

Although I am not a graduate of this university, people always talk about this when they learn that I'm from ELBI they would talk of the nice and cold weather and the many trees in the campus.

This is the famous CARILLION TOWER INSIDE THE UPLB CAMPUS

We can also play football inside the campus..GAME!!!!

There is 20 pesos entrance fee per person. You will take an uphill trek on the way to the falls. It's good 15-20 minute walk thay will take you through a residential area of BARANGGAY DAMPALIT.

LAGUNA DE BAE

Laguna is a spanish word for lake ang "BAY" (a town of Laguna province). It Is actually the original capital of the province. According to my co teacher in Social Studies, It is a mode of transportation during the spanish and american period.

I love being here, It is a specialized public school in the Philippines offering arts focused education.

When you are here, you can smell the fresh air all over the surroundings.

Los Baños Laguna is also well knowned as a city of hotsprings and resorts.Los Baños is a synonymous with the swimming pools abounding in every corner, originally called "mainit" (tagalog word for hot) because of the natural hot springs.

Every yea, we celebrated here the BAÑAMOS FESTIVAL, "BAÑAMOS" is a spanish word means "we bathe" , highlights the fact that our town has many hot springs.

Other destinations may take you away from the realities you refuse to face, but Los Baños is the place that brings you back to the truth in you. And I think, that it's something far more important than escape. That's what makes LOS BAÑOS LAGUNA, TRULY A STAND OUT.
