Dear Diary: I Slept The Whole Night Through Because I Didn't Drink Coffee

This evening I made a small experiment and that is not drinking coffee after my supper. So what happened was the inevitable and I felt sleepy just after dusk and slept until past 10:00 o'clock in the evening. I do have some intermittent sleep pattern so I just slept again upon seeing that it was still early in the evening so fortunately I had some sleep again until this past 5:00 o'clock in the morning.

It is a nice feeling having to dream a lot while sleeping and this time I had a weird normal dream which of course I can't remember now. It is also weird that some of my dreams I can remember and i even post about it sometimes and I just enjoy them as my natural entertainment although sometimes my heart races when I dream so it makes me wake up prematurely.

Now my mind and brain feels refreshed because I let it get its needed rest through my long sleep today. I do have the habit of trying to be awake all night to enjoy the silence and coolness of the night and to also maximize the use of my time but sometimes our bodies wants its normal pattern of functioning so I did let my body get what it wants and that is to sleep at night time.

Coffee indeed helps me with some of my needs like to have a great mood and acquiring a more attentive mind when I want to learn when somebody is speaking and even for blogging so I can think better, it helps a lot but maybe I ma have to sometimes cut back a bit so that my body's normal needs won't get affected, it is just because I love blogging so much that I want to be "up" all the time.

Sleep is quite okay for the system.
Once you take in meals with high percentage of melatonin and serotonin..
They helps to regulate sleep cycle..
By this refreshment occurs to the system.

Coffee the rich aroma in the morning is the maximum, before I took in the afternoon and suffered from insomnia and did not perform at work. How well did you experiment and rested.

I use coffee to fress in mind.

Forgive me my friend @cryptopie, I have been very distracted with the wonders of Steemit and forgot to visit you regularly. Fortunately you popped up in my new found ally's comments @battleaxe - life on Steemit does indeed move in mysterious circles. Coffee is a morning drink for me, and then tea in the afternoon. On rare occasions I feel a bit sleepy on an evening I might take a coffee to give me a boost - but you have to be careful not to take it too late in the evening. I have tried myself recently to reduce sleep time to fit more blogging time in...but it is often counter productive what you gain in the night you loose in the next day by being sluggish and not as revived as after a full nights sleep. Rest is definitely best. Stay safe my friend, it is good to catch up and see you are still doing quite well despite everything. #thealliance

I love coffe, but I only drink one in the morning. If I had a coffe before my sleep I wouldn’t fall esleep for a few hours at least. I’m glad you had a good sleep. It’s soo important.

I understand you without coffee I can not live, I get a little headache if I do not take my morning coffee. And I share with my daughter to go out one Saturday afternoon to talk and have a coffee with delicious chocolate.

The good thing is that coffee does not prevent me from sleeping thanks to God but it allows me to avoid that dream that he gives to one in the afternoon. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I also love coffee, but I only drink it before 3 pm. Because, like you mentioned it does affect your sleep, if you take it a few hours before your sleeping time. And if one can't sleep well, it destroys the whole day.

I am in the same boat with you brother, I love drinking coffee all the time. I noticed that if I do not drink it I am sluggish, cranky and my mind is not as sharp early in the morning. When I stop drinking coffee I sleep better and my mood eventually gets better. I tend to switch to Green Tea when not on coffee.

Now you need to medical treatment.... god bless you...

Early to bed early to rise give healthy life, yes coffee is good for many reason, but you refresh your mind if you wake early in the morning. Stay happy and healthy. All the best. @cryptopie

Yeah. I think we all have different times we take our coffee, for me, its in the morning before breakfast cuz it keeps me happy and vibrant too.
