Today im gonna show you how to make a marinated boneless bangus ;)
Bangus or known as Milkfish is a common fish here in the philippines Because it is one of our national treasures. There are so many ways on how to cook it, you can make a fried bangus plain or marinated, cook it with vinegar (paksiw) or make it a relyenong bangus but today i will make a boneless marinated bangus.
First you cut the fish in half starting from its back going to the head. You should be more careful on handling sharp knives coz you might accidentally cut your finger/s.
After you open it in half remove the gills and other insides. You can only use forceps and start removing the bones starting from the head going to the tail or vice versa.
Wash the fish with running water. Mix soysauce, vinegar, garlic and seasonings for your marinade.
Arrange the fish properly in a container and pour the marinade.
After that you have to leave it over night.
And the finish product will look like this :)
You can now cook or sell it!
