What to make for dinner?
What can I make on a Tuesday for dinner?
Well tacos for sure!
Today is taco Tuesday!
Making these are so super easy and always open to creative or personal taste.
Ingredients
Onions
Green peppers
Chicken breasts
Taco seasoning
Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican mix bag)
Jalapeños or hot sauce
Shredded lettuce
Tomatoes (of your choice)
Corn or flour tortillas
Stir fry onions and peppers with a bit of oil
Add chicken (previously cut into thin strips)
Sauté all previous ingredients until chicken is lightly brown
Immediately after add taco seasoning
Make sure meat is throughly cooked but do not all to get over cooked because it will make the chicken too dry
Immediately warm the tortillas on a pan flipping them (like you would with pancakes), warming them is key but don’t leave them there until they turn into crackers! They’re supposed to be bendable.
Once tortillas are warm place on a plate one and add the chicken with onions and peppers add hot sauce or minced jalapeños. Add shredded lettuce and cubed tomatoes.
Last add cheese on top and fold.

This recipe is super easy and quick. I love spicy food and this fits well into my Keto diet.
