Nowadays, people committing suicide are increasing. Like it is becomming the new trend. To end your life when you feel like its the only escape plan you have. But why? Why do they end up doing these things? I guess depression must be the new grim reaper.
Some say you will never understand unless you experience it yourself. Put yourself in their shoes. Okay. Maybe it is hard. To cope up with the stress and difficulties. To battle the sadness and emptiness inside. Death is not the answer, my friend. it will be harder for the people you will leave behind. Your family, your friends. The people who love you. Think about them. Think about the poor families here in the philippines, i know they are struggling, but they choose to live. And they are happy. I can see it. Flashfloods and children are enjoying their "swimming pools" because they know that it wouldn't last forever. You are not the only one experiencing difficulties. Everyone has their own battles.
Happiness is not the absence of loneliness. It is normal to feel down sometimes. To mourn for the death of a loved one, to feel depressed about a break up, to be upset because you lost your job or something really important to you that you have worked so much for. But we should not let depression consume us. Happiness is choosing to see the beauty of life instead of focusing on the bad things. It is counting your blessings and reminding yourself that its ok. All is soon to pass.
Happiness is the little things. knowing that you still have a house, a bed at night, food for more than three times a day. Happiness is accepting that you failed at some point in your life, but you're still alive, you can still do something about that failure and become a success.
If you are feeling down, pray. God will never give you something you can't handle. Believe in His plans. You will be genuinely happy when you surrender everything to the Lord. Then Talk to your family and friends. Share your thoughts and emotions. Speak up. Post it. Release the negativity.
Nothing is permanent in this earth, we are given just one life. So lets all live it with happiness 😃 GOD Loves you ❤️
