South Korean crypto-exchange Upbit has released deposit for all members from now.
Deposit was prohibited for memberes who signed up after 2018.12.31.
But the deposit is allowed with only cryptocurrency, now KRW.
It would not boost cryptocurrency price immediately,
but this announcement is important because this shows the strict regulation against cryptocurrency of South Korea is melting.
