I'd say that these little ones have already grown up! It seems like only the other day that the first four were born, and then a few days later the other one came. However, it's been about four weeks now, and these furry little hoppers are acting like real rabbits already!

Here's the contest:
If you've made it this far, you stand a chance at being rewarded!
It was suggested by @countrygirl that perhaps we should have a contest for steemians to to name our bunnies, since mt little peppers have not done so yet. The @papa-pepper tribe thought it was a great idea, so here it is.
Our five little bunnies all need names, and we still don't know what gender they are, so your job is a little more tricky. Below, I'll show you a photo of each bunny, and, if you want, you can reply with a suggested for the bunny. Use the number assigned to the bunny when you submit the name.
You may enter as often as you like, just be sure to include the number in your reply for the bunny you are trying to name. I'll let the contest go for a week, until next Sunday at Midnight (CST) and then let my children choose the winners! Since the children may not choose the same names that I would, this is a good chance for me to use some @papa-pepper WILD CARDS too!
I'll include the results in the 5 week update post. If the name you submit wins, you'll receive 10 STEEM for your winning entry... Unless more than one user submits the same name, in which case the prize pot for that name will be split! With that in mind, try to be original, and look at the list of previous names already submitted before replying with the ones you though of.
If someone just replies with every (or many) names already submitted, I will throw their entries out and not allow them to pay the system or ruin the contest for others!
Here are the photos and brief bios.
Bunny number 1 is a chubby little gray one born the same day as most of the other bunnies. Because of its consistent color, it closely resembles their mother, Silver, that was purchased for us by @smailer.
Bunny number 2 is the surprise bunny that came out two days after the rest of its siblings. Two days after the rest were born, poof!, this mystery rabbit showed up. It is white with touches of gray, and despite being the "runt" of the litter, it has done very well and is very active.
Bunnies number 3, 4, and 5 are the three little white ones that were born the first day. So far, we can't tell them apart too much, but if they had names, maybe that would help!
Here's the proof:

ALSO - THERE IS ONLY ABOUT HALF A DAY LEFT TO ENTRY ROUND 2 of the WILD & STRANGE CONTEST.

A story came to mind, I think when you wrote about generating an income from your farming (I hope you won't take it in bad taste): back in the 1970s, when the smallholdings in my grandparents' village were still farmed and not horse paddocks, one had a sign up, perhaps 100 yards from its gate: Pet Rabbits for Sale. And then just 25 yards from the gate, sharpish breaking distance: Oven Ready Rabbits.
Sounds delicious!
I forgot to mention that Cass would be a good name for one.
Sounds good, but is that because I called it chubby and it reminds you of "Mama Cass" from the Mamas and the Papas?
What you are giving those kids is more than what can be learned in a class room
I think a classroom is where they try to teach life skills in a sterile environment that is divorced from life...
Perhaps that is why it lacks so much in effectiveness.
@papa-pepper
In Dutch we call a rabbit konijn - pronounced as koh - 9 (nine)
so I got one for bunnies 3, 4 and 5
3 - koh
4 - nijn
5 - tje
That makes it konijntje - tje "tyah" meaning tiny :)
aw so cute! I want to cuddle them!!!!
I wish we're neighbors I want a guinea pig and can't have one cause I only want one and hub wants to get 2 worried it would be lonely since we couldn't agree we didn't get any - if we were neighbors, I'll bunny sit :D

Good options, I'll check with the kids soon!
I know some of those suggestions are "old-timey" names. But I had fun thinking of them!
This post has been ranked within the top 10 most undervalued posts in the second half of Dec 04. We estimate that this post is undervalued by $22.43 as compared to a scenario in which every voter had an equal say.
See the full rankings and details in The Daily Tribune: Dec 04 - Part II. You can also read about some of our methodology, data analysis and technical details in our initial post.
If you are the author and would prefer not to receive these comments, simply reply "Stop" to this comment.
Each voter having equal say would encourage registering a lot of accounts and having them autovote your own posts.... just saying.
I agree that is a potential problem, which is why I don't endorse tying these rankings to automatic rewards. The intent is to draw human attention to potentially undervalued posts, which I think decreases the incentive for that kind of fraudulent voting. Drawing attention to low quality posts may be more likely to result in downvoting than upvoting.
We also filter our voters with low reputation so it wouldn't necessarily be a trivial undertaking to not only register many accounts but also increase their reputation. At that point, you'd probably be better off consolidating all of the reputation and goodwill, not to mention steem power, in one account.
Finally, aawwww, bunny gifs!
I think that you do an excellent job at exposing people to potentially undervalued posts, and I like your angle on things!
Glad you liked the furry little ones!
Keep it up!
#1 Shadow
#2 Smudge
#3 Cumulus
#4 Siris
#5 Nimbus
Wow!
Some great options on that list, I like cloud names for fluffy little bunnies.
I have a question... Sorry, it is off the topic of your rabbits. I upvoted this post and watched its value drop three cents! Why would my upvote bring a post value down?
Not your upvote... Your upvote refreshes it, and when it was refreshed it took into consideration a slight decrease in the value of Steem.
Like watching the stock market.
OK. Gotchya. I thought I was being penalized by upvoting too many posts in one day!
Thanks for checking... I wouldn't want your toxic vote on my posts... if you had a toxic vote...
I wouldn't want to give anyone a toxic vote, either.
Lol, glad you don't have one!
Bunnies~ : ) Hello again!
Hey!
1) Coins!
The kids say that could work!
I'll let the kids know!
Was I supposed to reply separately for each bunny?
No, you did it just fine!
So cute! :) (c) @smailer`s GF
Great!!!
Lol. Nice post.
