phew, this is quite unfortunate. Thanks for your reply, and I acknowledge it was my error, but other bots (such as @upme) offer automated refund in case of invalid bids. You should be aware that your no refund policy gives you a significant competitive disadvantage over these, and people who made negative experiences are likely to stay away from your service.
