This is not the point of posting here and is pretty harmful in my opinion to the way the platform operates. Content should be voted on content merit or trust in the author, not on some random group of circle upvoters.
In this group you are not forced to upvote any posts.
There is people who upvote all posts anyway.
But many of them also read before they decide if they want to upvote or not, or to comment.
And you come strait from the chat room where you and suesa started to call me a asshole.
That was not enough for you, so you keep it up by visiting my blog and make your negative comments here too.
I will not sink to your level and visit your blog and make negative comments in your posts..
And i really hope you are not a hateful stalker...

we already had a similar group that worked well.
But then the admin did not care anymore.
So now i have started the same kind of group.

It is our goal to have as many members like you as possible.
That is active members.
If that happend and we for example get 31 members,
all members will get 30 upvotes for each post they link to this group.
And as we both have discovered, it work very well. :)

Join any group not good
The reason i have started this group, is that there is no longer anyone that administrate the group we already are members of, and therefore it will not take long before people only post, and dont upvote there.
The ONLY reason half the members there are upvoting now, is because i use many hours in that group and tell them again and again that they also must upvote.
Very soon i will not waste more of my time there, and simply do the same as all other there does. (with a exception of 4 members that i always will upvote, because they do the same)
And from then on i will just post, and it will no longer work, because i dont work there anymore, and the owner that started the group never does anything to make it work.
So in this new group, ONLY those who upvote other peoples posts will be able to post.
And mark my words, now that i will no longer administrate the old group for a owner that dont care about it, within a week you will see 20 posts for each time you see 1 upvote.. ;)

I'm interested. I'm trying to do something similar with Steemit members that I work with.
Yes this actually work very well :)
But if you do, you also must make sure to administrate the group a little strict.
If not, it will end up like another similar group without a working admin.
And in that group, people just post their own post and dont upvote other posts, and if that happen, the group will simply die in short time.. ;)
I think we need to recruit more members. We can get those who are just joining to make this happen.
