They really do not want you to get in there. Bricking up the doors and windows is likely to deter just about anyone. Given the state of the floors you can see they don't want to be liable for anyone breaking their neck. You just wonder why it does not get demolished or re-developed.

Doh! If you are going into a building with big 'Danger, keep out' signs you should forfeit any right to claim. Would you claim if you broke a leg?
