You are right about the electric cost but the electric line is limited as if some one want to put mining rig they can only add few mining rigs in their houses. The AMP power is not enough for one electric meter.
Some how there is solution for this (I mean by under the table) to get the factory level electric meter.
If you can find GPUs from abroad then bring it. Here and even Thailand is on fire for GPUs.
Even in Thailand they are selling for more than usual. +5000 baht per GPU.
