A sad reality that devastation creates opportunities for those certain people. I saw a report a few weeks ago how a plane load of aid was loaded by air force personnel and was never even sent and was only a photo publicity stunt. The air force leaked the news story because they were so pissed at all the good work they had done for no end result.
