Another shooting and whilst thoughts and prayers are nice, they don’t solve the endemic problem of violence in society, much like gun control efforts. We know this because we actually had an assault weapons ban in place on the federal level for a decade and it had no effect.
Gun homicides are not caused by guns, they are mostly caused by our choice to prohibit drugs. As far as these mass shooters they all seem to be on drugs that "cause suicidal thoughts or actions", guns are not required to come with any such warning.
Of course the drug companies spend literally billions advertising on the "news" and the gun companies don't have any ads on those channels do they?
