Hi, I found this picture, while serfing local russian WEB (I live in Moscow) and think it`s pretty cool. Last winter we had around 24C bellow 0° during the day. Night time even worse.
We can get that cold here too, but not on the regular.
The weather goes nuts around the globe((( Today it`s over +35 in Moscow. The best way to do is to live inside the frige.
But if we did that, we would complain too.
