On a Saturday evening (Sept 24th 2023) Joy4me FC gathered at football ground for their training session. We brought together players from various age groups, including under 11, under 12, and under 17, to work on their skills, teamwork, and preparation for the upcoming March against another team on Sunday and it was a successful training session.
The training activities showcased its commitment to Joy4me players with development in various areas, by conducting a multigenerational training session between the coach and the players. We gathered Players from the under 10, under 12, and under 17 teams to worked together, we are trying to develop a sense of unity and mentorship within the club and this approach encourages younger players to learn from their older teammate while enhancing team togetherness.
However, The training session focused on developing individual skills and experience by engaging in various drills to improve their shooting, dribbling and passing abilities, with team coaches provide them with personalized feedback and ensuring that each player received guidance in line with to their specific needs on the field of play. We create a room for discussion section with players in order to build their confidence and enabling them to stand on the ground, we make sure that each player engaged in activities that promote understanding, trust and communication among teammates because this is very important for a strong team spirit and confidence on the field.
Joy4me FC is gearing up for an exciting March against Diamond fc on Sunday, [Sept 24]. The training on Saturday was a important part of their preparation for this match. With the skills developed during the training session and the strategic impact provided by the players and coaching staff, the club is optimistic about putting on a strong performance and securing a victory today.
