I will cite a few examples for you:

Users can exchange messages and media file as long as they have their recipient’s email addresses.

This sentence should read: "Users can exchange messages and transfer media files as long as they have their recipient’s email address."

The New chat feature handles new conversation within the delta chat messaging application.

This sentence should read: "The New chat feature handles new conversations within the delta chat messaging application."

Contact request feature is where all your chat request is displayed.

This would be better: "The contact request feature is where all your chat requests are displayed.
