Steempay should display Confirmation Box before sending SBD

Steem Backed Dollars is a digital currency - like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash, Bitcoin Cash etc.

Proposal

Steempay should display Confirmation Box before making transaction; this allow users decide if either they want to proceed with the transaction or not, and will limit lost of coins/wrong transaction if at all they've already input wrong values like username or value they want to send.

This will improve Steempay wallet, and allow it users to be sure of the transaction they are about to send.
