Memories can bring us joy, pain or sorrow depending on the people we have these memories with. Sometimes we wish we never forget some moments in our lives. Moments when we had our first kiss, when we met our true love, when our child took his or her first step, when our child first calls mummy or daddy, days in college or high school and so on. The fact that people change but the memories we have with them remains is another reason why we should preserve these memories. The pen they say is more powerful than the brain. There are things we can never forget but might not remember the exact way it happened two to three years later or our last moments with them. We still find experiments, books, letters and so on that have been written in the BC years these days just because they were written. Technology has made things easy for everyone, you can either get a paper diary or download a diary app on your smart phone. Don't forget paper diaries are open to destruction and once damaged can't be recovered but with Android diary, your memories stay with you forever. You can backup your diary and get every detail back even when you lose your phone or erroneously format it. Amazing right? Yes.

Features
- Writing diary (voice & keypad)
I've been using this diary for some days now and I really love the input methods. I can either make use of my keypad for input or input my messages with my voice. Interesting right? If I'm using voice input method, I say few sentences at a time. Not because I can't say all I want to say at once but because Easy Diary grabs few sentences at a time. Sometimes it doesn't let me express myself the way I want but I really love this feature. Sometimes when I say a sentence, there might be mix up with words if not pronounced well. If I'm having problems with word pronunciation, I just make use of my keypad although voice input saves a lot of time. When using voice input method, I say the signs I want to use i.e. I say ‘comma’ to get a comma(,) where needed.
- Diary search
When I have problems locating some of my saved memories and can seem to find it, I make use of the diary search. I just input the title or word with my keypad or voice.
- View & List Diary
I can view all my diary or written words immediately I open my Easy Diary with this feature because they are listed.
- Edit your diary
This feature gives me access to edit my diary even after saving it. I can edit last week's input today on my diary without stress.
- Diary backup and recovery
I backed up my diary with my Google Drive Backup to secure my details. With this feature, I can access my diary from other devices.
- View diary timetable
I can easily view my diary timetable making it super easy for me to search for my details and get the exact time I inputted my details.

This gives me the time range of my details and the number of words contain in the details.
- Add Photo
This feature allows me add my picture to my written details.
- Diary Summary
If I don't want to read through the content of my diary, I make use of this feature. Easy Diary reads through my diary while I just sit and listen.
- Lock Diary
I have maximum security using this diary since no one can go through my diary content without my consent.
- Timer
Easy diary has it timer hereby keeping proper records.
- Weather input.
I can also add the weather condition of the day while inputting a particular detail. I'm so in love with this feature.

I can easily change my inputted details into postcards with this feature. I also get to choose the background color and text color for my postcard.
- Calendar/Date
I can go back to any date and input memories from the past.
- Settings
- Font setting
Easy diary has four built-in fonts I can easily choose from, allowing me to write in my own style.
- Font line spacing
It allows me change the line spacing of the fonts. I can choose how close I want my words, ranging from 0.2 to 1.8
- Set font size
- Add TFF font
Well, since I'm satisfied with the built-in font, I've never made use of this. If you aren't satisfied with the built-in font, you can add any font of your style.
- Set primary theme.
I can change the color of my theme whenever I want.
- Thumbnail size
It allows me set the thumbnail size of the picture I want to attached to my diary.
- Optimize card view
- Multi picker setting.
If enable, I can add more than one(1) picture to my daily details
- Boldface configuration
- Case sensitive
When this option is enables, it checks whether my diary matches the case being used.
- Application lock Setting
Since my Tecno wx3p doesn't suppose fingerprint, I make use of pin lock for security purposes. If your phone supports fingerprint, you can either use finger print lock which is better or pin lock.
Project Update
He added more fonts, he improved the ability to correct input digits when PIN is set and unlocked.
Summary
I've come across different Android diaries but I fell in love with Easy Diary at first sight. It's a wonderful app, I love it features and look forward to downloading the next version.
Hello, @chollo!
Thank you for this contribution. This time you are back with another informative blog post about a rather useful project. The post is also well-illustrated with quality screenshots.
On the content side, I think that you did a much better job this time. Apart from the fact that you took the time to share valuable information about the project and its main features, you also made sure to share your own thoughts and experience of using this tool. However, I have to admit that I wanted to read a bit more about your personal views. Furthermore, I wish you'd gone into detail about all the features mentioned in your review.
That said, the post did have issues of style and proofreading. I 'd be happy to cite a few examples in a follow-up comment.
