• Some elements are not properly made, you can see the width of the element (marked with yellow dots) is not the same
  The shape of the cross is not proporsional, medic cross should be symetrical (marked withe yellow lines)
  

Sugeestions:

• Pay attention to details, most of the times those small imbalanced elements makes the logo the logo looks bad and not pleasing.
• You also should provide every version of your logo (icon, icon b&w, logotype, logotype b&w, etc) in .png (ready to use file)
