Turkish Translations: Airesis (500 WORDS)

I have continued translating the Babelhandbook. When I started working the project was at %50 and when I finished it was %79. I checked and saw that I translated 500 words.

Airesis is an open source code democracy program. It aims to support democracy and get more efficiency. There is an advanced electronic voting system.Some principles that they care about:
-Constructive dialogue
-Equal opportunities
-Flexibility
