Your last bullet for analysis.. not necessarily true. It takes a while to get an audience. I think new users struggle to do that. I've seen many many good posts that are rewarded $0.10 and not often resteemed

yes, @daviddvn you have still a point on your side. I think number of followers also will do a great impact for the rewards for the post instead of relying of resteeming. But still resteeming has an impact to the post but i this might be small but still another option for promoting the post. I agree to you that new users are struggling for rewards but if worked hard through experience within the Steemit Community surely he/she will be recognized and probably increased his rewards from so on.
