my contributions is not showing in the review list of utopian

The bug
i was checking my contribution if it is approved or not on https://utopian.io platform and i found that my contribution is not confirmed and after i checked the review i couldn't see my post there so there is a problem with utopian that should be fixed soon .

Suggestion
The last posts was not added to utopian.io or there is a problem with utopian server
Steps to reproduce the bug
1- go to my profile https://utopian.io/@dziri .
2- Check my last contributions .
3- Now go to Review the bug category https://utopian.io/bug-hunting/review or suggestion https://utopian.io/ideas/review
4- Try to find my contributions
5- To confirm this bug do the same with this account https://utopian.io/@h4ck3rm1k3st33m

good work, Thanks. I also feel like you. my contribution can not appear on the riview page. i can fix it just now. I try to edit and update. i just open edit page and i don't chenge any thing and i click update. it appear now
