What is the project about?

SteemLightDB is another database service and solution for Steem and is based on Mysql.

SteemLightDB will focus on the social data, not all data of Steem, such as comments and votes.

That's why I call it light.

SteemLightDB will have three parts:

Base Block Data as cache (MySQL Base Data)
Final Social Data from cache (Steem LightDB)
Apis for Final Social Data (API)

All components are designed to be quickly deployed by docker. This will make people who want to customize LightDB easy to run it on their servers. So I will give all the deployment steps.
