As a business person, you know how difficult is to capture the attention of the big investors, whales, people who have the power to make things possible. I am sure "stephenkendal", "starkerz", "jerrybanfield" as well as many other business people that are doing great promotional efforts and business actions to make Steem and Steemit go were it needs to, know this very well.
There is not yet ready a professional elevator pitch for steem and steemit that will help attract potential big investors.
I believe we need to create a quality one that summerizes the big things of steem in 60 seconds, so we can capture their attention, and after this they will really want to learn more. There is already a lot to show the investors in terms of vision and actions steem and steemit are having, as well as all the development is going around.
So the whole idea is this:
1- Create the 60 second elevator pitch of steem and steemit to capture the attention of the Big Investors
2- Add a link on the front end of steemit to make it easy for people and big investors to go and watch the video
3- Add valuable information and links on a page for investors that want to learn more of what steem has to offer them, after they watched the elevator pitch.
Who is a good candidate to make the Steem and Steemit Elevator Pitch?
I believe the elevator pitch needs to be created by a steemian that has at least this qualities:
1- A known respected Steemian (It can be "Jerry Banfield" with all his marketing knowledge and actions, "Ned" since he is the big face and CEO, "Starkerz" and "Stephenkendal" together since they are strategy and action together with the promotion of steem)
2- A person with business/marketing knowledge and background
3- A person with great communicative and persuading skills
I believe the 60 seconds elevator pitch of steem and steemit may contain mentions of the following (between other valuable information):
1- Steem transparency and its vision from its creators ("teamsteam" welcome to steemit post)
2- Steem Liquidity/Cash out possibilities
3- Steem potential growth and ROI in 6 months, 1 year, 3 to 5 years
4- Steem price (past - present - future)
5- Steem blockchain activity compared to bitcoin and other alts
6- Steem ways of earning and getting ROI
7- Steem SMTs that will monetize the internet
8- Somewhere in the pitch it should mention why the price should go up anytime soon
Some of this maybe just 2 sentences or 3, and some maybe explained a bit more, however, it needs to be a balance.

I have showed a few people the eSteem app on mobile - i tell people that if they are qualified to use facebook they can make money !
Probably one of the best pitches i have, although i do not have a video i should probably look into that !

Since it is an elevator pitch, im assuming you would need to show them the platform ; and if everything is set up - like through pay pal, and banking ; you could quite literately show them you can get paid at any moment for content .
And it could also take less time to even get to the next floor !
