Add Top Sites Suggestion View when open Browser

Browser is open source browser, It a simple Android browser based on webview. The intention is to provide a simple and light wight but powerful browser with a nice looking user interface.

Proposal

This is my suggestion to Browser by scoute-dich:

• Add Top Sites View when open Browser

So, when we open app, first view is not a blank page, but they recomend us to open top sites or top app website.

Benefits

Benefit is, with this feature, our usage is more directed about what site we want to open. Maybe with the suggestion of the site we are getting more information again. Compared if we open a browser that appears only blank screen, of course we will be confused want to start from where.
